Then, when possible, we present an alternative loan offer whereby we show the borrower a path to reducing the cost and/or rate on the loan. • Geographic Area: CA focus (but ability to lend in most states)
• Property Type: Residential Investment Properties, Multi-Family, and Commercial
• Loan Size: $50k – $10M
• Term: 6 months – 5 years (longer is negotiable)
• Interest Rate: Varies by risk but typically 8% – 12%
• Loan Origination Fee: 2% – 4%
• Lien Position: 1st or 2nd
• Cross-Collateralization: Optional
