WE Direct Lending is a private money Real Estate lender that caters to both borrowers and investors.

On the borrowing side, WE Direct Lending prides itself in making asset-based loans that make great business sense but may require out-of-the-box thinking. If the deal makes sense, then we will happily assist you in making your plan work. We are happy to cater to the needs of individual investors, charitable entities, irrevocable trusts, business entities, and other private institutions that seek financial assistance. We are based in California and actively pursue loans therein but also are happy to look at lending opportunities and projects in most other states.

On the investment side, we provide both low, intermediate, and higher risk lending opportunities to fit the risk tolerance of the most conservative and aggressive investors through innovative direct lending options. Further, in conjunction with legal counsel, we can assist in tax strategies involving your investment in a note to maximize IRA investments, Roth conversions, etc., but this is only available in conjunction with proper legal counsel.

Matt Williams

A second-generation real estate broker and grew up in the business. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate, from buying, selling, and remodeling houses and condos all over California. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and General Business from The University of Arizona. He has been involved in real estate since 1999 and full-time since 2010. Terry D. Wheeler, J.D. CFP®

As both an experienced attorney, tax, and wealth planner. He has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Comprehensive Financial Planning from San Diego State University and a law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Wheeler also founded the WE Alliance Wealth Advisors rooted way back to the early 1990s, Strategic Wealth Legal Advisors, and WE Alliance Institutional. He firmly believes that each team member plays a valuable role in assuring the best client experience and performance possible.
